By accessing this website, purchasing audio downloads or booking a session, you are thereby accepting these terms and conditions and agree with the details outlined below..

1. Nature of Services
Hypnotherapy, Reiki, and related services are complementary wellness services. They do not replace medical, psychological, or psychiatric care, and results vary. Please consult your healthcare professional for medical or mental health concerns.
2. Eligibility
Clients must be 18+ unless a parent/guardian provides consent. Children must have a parent/guardian involved in their care. Clients must not attend sessions under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Services may be declined if inappropriate or unsafe.
3. Crisis Support
These services are not suitable for emergencies. If in crisis, contact emergency services or Lifeline 13 11 14.
4. Bookings, Cancellations & Refunds
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged the full session fee.
No refunds are available for completed services.
5. Digital Products & Audio Recordings
Purchases of downloadable or streamed audio recordings are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
Digital products are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, resold, or distributed.
These recordings are for relaxation and wellbeing support only and are not medical or psychological treatment.
Please do not use recordings while driving or operating machinery.
We are not responsible for technical issues relating to your device, internet connection, or storage. If you experience download issues, please contact us and we’ll help where reasonably possible.
6. Confidentiality
Sessions are confidential except where required by law, including risk of harm, child protection concerns, or legal obligation.
7. Client Responsibility
You agree to provide honest information and take responsibility for your wellbeing. Any medication or healthcare changes must only be made through your healthcare provider.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by Victorian law, Emma Hill is not liable for decisions, outcomes, or damages arising from services, recordings, or website content. This does not exclude rights under Australian Consumer Law.
