
What is hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is a relaxed, focused state where your mind becomes more open to positive change. A similar state to the moments as you're drifting to sleep, where you're still aware of what's going on around you but in a deeply relaxed state. You stay in control the whole time, it’s simply about inducing a state you naturally go in and out of everyday, in way to access your subconscious, where you can shift habits, ease stress, and work with the deeper patterns that influence how you're showing up and feeling in your everyday life.
How many sessions will I need?
There’s no one-size-fits-all answer to this as we are all so individual and have different experiences. The number of sessions depends on what you’re coming with, how deeply it’s rooted, and how motivated and committed you are to the process of change.
Some people notice shifts after just one or two sessions, while others like to have ongoing support over a longer period, or even as regular maintenance to move through new layers as they arise.
Small, gradual shifts can have a big impact long term, and have a flow on ripple effect to all parts of your life.
Can anyone be hypnotised?
Yes - pretty much everyone can be hypnotised to some degree, provided you're willing and are able to communicate. Being 'hypnotised' isn't like what you see in the movies, it’s a natural state we all move through daily (like daydreaming or zoning out). You are always in control, and the process is collaborative. If you're open and feel safe, your mind will naturally respond - often more easily than you might expect.
How deeply someone goes into hypnosis can vary from person to person, and some might respond more easily than others. People who are skeptical or resistant might find it harder to relax fully, but with the right approach, most clients can benefit from hypnotherapy in some way.
It is important that if you have health concerns or severe mental health conditions to discuss with your medical team before booking a hypnotherapy session. There are some circumstances where hypnotherapy may not be advised - if you are unsure, please check with your care provider before booking.

Do you offer online sessions?
Yes! I offer online sessions for hypnotherapy, Reiki (including distance Reiki), and women’s embodiment. These sessions are designed to be just as effective and supportive as in-person visits, so you can access healing and guidance from wherever you are. Some clients even report being in the comfort of your own home can add to the experience as you are already in a safe, familiar environment.
Do you offer past life regressions?
Yes, I do offer past life regression sessions as part of my hypnotherapy practice. Sometimes these come up organically or it may be something you would intentionally like to explore. These sessions can help you explore patterns or emotions that may be connected to past experiences, providing insight and healing in your current life. If you’re curious about this work, we can talk about what to expect and whether it’s a good fit for you.
You don't need to believe that past lives exist to gain value from these sessions. Whether what you experience in a regression is "real" or something your subconscious presents you with to communicate or process something - there’s so much healing and insight to be found, whether they can be explained logically or not.
Do I need to know what service I want before booking?
Not at all. If you’re unsure, book in an "Intuitive Session" and we can discuss your intentions and choose what feels most supportive on the day. You can also shift direction at any time, even part way through, I work with you, your body and your nervous system and we co-create the session together.
Can you combine hypnotherapy, Reiki, and embodiment in one session?
Yes. Some clients prefer one modality, others benefit from a blended approach. Combining mind, body, and energetic work can create deeper and more lasting change. There is an "Intuitive Session" available to book in my schedule. Provided you book a session that is one hour or more - we will discuss and I will work with you to facilitate exactly what it is you feel you need on the day.
AM I just making up the images or experiences during a session?
Hypnotherapy works with your subconscious mind, which can communicate through images, feelings, or stories. Whether these visions are literal memories or symbolic messages, they’re all valid parts of your subconscious mind trying to help you understand something. The exact “truth” of what you see isn’t as important as what it means to you and how it helps you move forward. The process is about trusting your experience and your senses.
