Monthly Women's Circles

Join me at Warragul Natural Health for a supportive, nourishing circle where you can show up as you are to gather with likeminded women.

This will be a beautiful opportunity to stop and take a breath, feel the magic of circle, reflect on what's happening in your life currently and set some intentions. Includes sharing, journalling, herbal tea and group guided meditation. There is no pressure to share if you'd rather sit and listen, all levels of participation are welcomed!
